Keep a cage or recycling bin handy for waste paper and card to be thrown in to and collected.
Once your collection is full, scrap paper and card is taken to a closed loop recycling processing plant.
The scrap is then sorted using a material recovery facility to identify specific types of grades and fibre so that it can be recycled at its most optimum level.
It’s then processed by feeding the scrap material into a hydrapulper where it's mixed with water and turned into a slurry which is then spread into cloth or wire web and formed into multi-ply paperboard.
Once it’s dried around the drying drums, it’s ready to be made into a new packaging product!
The new recycled products are delivered and ready to be used again.
When your polythene waste collection is full, let us know and we’ll arrange a time that’s convenient for you to come and pick it up from your warehouse.
We take your scrap back to our recycling centre in Derby (ideally when making a delivery to save road miles!).
At the processing plant the scrap gets graded, sorted and weighed - this is when we tell you how much it's worth and arrange payment with you.
We then return the waste back to its raw pellet form using our specially designed machines.
You tell us what you want and we’ll make it for you using the recycled polythene pellets. Your new product will then contain between five to 100 percent of recycled material, depending how much you choose to use.
We'll deliver your new recycled packaging product to your doorstep and if you have scrap waste we'll pick that up too. Wasn't that easy?
